Much Nicer Than Anticipated
I thought this item would be cheap and wirey but it isn't. It is a very sturdy metal. Very dark blackish brown. It's really a nice piece. No, the install cannot be reversed, as the hanging brackets are only on one side.

This is a very nice paper towel holder. It is not really heavy but it does the job and is sturdy enough for a roll of paper towel. Also The scroll metal design match our fixtures. Very good buy.
