extremely poor quality. Broke out of the box, sent it back.

Disappointing

I thought spending $200 on a towel bar would insure a quality product. It arrived late (2 days after the latest day on the two-week window on the shipping estimate) and my contractor went ahead and installed it because he was finished with the job when the product arrived. If he had not installed it, I would have returned it. It is not the solid metal I had hoped, but is flimsy, almost as if it were not metal. I am very disappointed in my houzz experience both with the product arriving late and the quality. I would not have ordered online if I could have found something like what I needed for my space locally. Then I could have been sure of the quality. Bad internet shopping experience.

Great product

I found this item to be expensive but have to say it is worth every penny. The item is very solid and works excellently and I love the way it looks. Stays snug on the wall and the arms are easy to turn and will also stay in place. Couldn't be happier.
