Missing parts and bad customer service

Item came in a badly damaged box that had clearly been repackaged, we're thinking return. It was missing the entire package of assembly hardware. I reached out thinking I could just get that sent to me so I could assemble it. Nope, they tried at first to make me bring it to the local store. Excuse me? We get large and heavy things like that delivered for a reason - no way could I fit that safely in my car, plus it was quite heavy to lift by myself. I had to ask to speak to a supervisor to get a pickup arranged.
