If you want perfection, this light may not be what you are looking for. As the stars indicate, it's average. One of the arms is slightly off, but not that noticeable so I decided to keep it. My contractor is the one who noticed it first.

Fixture good, installation parts bad

Jeannette at NY Lighting was knowledgeable. She thought the installation (crossbar) part that was included was the correct one. Only realized it was wrong after she emailed us the installation diagram (which should have been in the box) and we compared to what we had that someone had packed the wrong parts. By the time she responded to my calls and email, we had made 2 trips to the hardware store, spent an additional $20 and bought enough parts to make the installation work. This should have taken an hour to install but took far far longer! Black (which is hard to find), Wrong installation parts included, Required two trips to hardware store to find parts that would work, Required too much time to install, no installation diagram included in package
