[Rewarded Review] Okay quality but horrible packaging

Overall the quality is okay however the packaging was horrible. The screws and nuts were scattered all throughout the package and I had to literally go through the whole box looking for it. The directions are not great either. For the price you pay I’d expect better.

I was Very excited to receive my patio, sadly I didn’t receive them with their screws & don’t live close to a place so I may buy extra parts.

Only one box came and is missing tons of parts. I've contacted best buy several times and no solution. I've waited 3 weeks and they keep asking for my review.

Dont spend your money on this

On every piece there are places where the wholes dont line up. So every piece is missing 1-3 screws because of misaligned screw holes. The cushions are thin and not very comfortable. Some of the allen head screws were unusable due to the insert hole being non existant. It took hours to put together and both allen head drivers they gave us were stripped before completion because of how difficult it was to assemble. And the chairs themselves were filthy when they arrived in the box.

Don't buy

Terrible to put together and very cheaply made.

I love this patio set, it's made well and looks great, I used a coupon and got it allot cheaper.
