It is a perfect shed for my dogs.

Several holes for the screws were missing. Had to buy a bit to drill them myself.

Kind of flimsy and not great quality. Putting it together was a bit of a chore and took around 4 hours. In the end, the doors didn’t line up well.

Not for the beginner.

The "protective" film on all of the pieces is a pain to remove. Even with careful assembly the roof panels had to be forced to align.

This is NOT delivered assembled - you assemble.

What I did not like about this product is the website gives the impression this comes fully assembled and it was only the DAY BEFORE I was expecting delivery that I was informed it did not come assembled. I said ok to proceed with the delivery because I figured I could find assistance in getting this put together. The delivery driver was early and very pleasant, he really was a bright spot in this transaction. So buyer beware, it is inexpensive because you have to assemble. However, on that note, I took on the task alone and while I am not a large woman, I was able to get this put together. It took most of my day, but that was because I took quite a few breaks and took it slow. There is one tricky part in the directions where it isn't clear how the "door frame" goes on, hint, it overlaps the siding and that screw closest to where you are putting the frame off isn't supposed to go in until the sides for the door frame is in (the directions do NOT state this). All in all, considering it was unassembled, I would recommend to anyone who needs a small shed that locks and you are somewhat handy.

Wring parts

Very hard to put screws in and nonaligned very well. They also sent some wrong parts and only have of it is standing while we wait a week for them to send the right parts.

Not worth the money

I would not recommend spending $100 on this storage bldg, let alone $240. The overall quality is way less than what you pay for and the instructions are lacking at a few step in the assembly process. Each side panel had small dents from the factory that were obviously from packaging the product, not from shipping or damage in transport from Lowe's to my home. Just a bad product altogether, very flimsy.

Patiowell Shed

Pretty much what you would expect from a steel shed. Easy to assemble, some of the instructions are not clear but nothing that can not be over come. All the pieces are covered in thin plastic film. Nothing instructions about it, but we found heating the underside of the pieces while another person peels the plastic off it comes off fairly easy. Sad to see some much plastic used.

There is a plastic protective layer on every exterior piece that was extremely time consuming for me to remove- possibly because we are heading into winter?? Otherwise exactly what I needed!

Missing parts

I purchased this shed and was shocked at the outrageous number of pieces it has. I could only find one company willing to bid putting it together, (Lowes wouldn't). I'm paying $650 for the assembly and half way through I learn that the critical roof joist piece is missing. Lowe's would only allow me to return it which is impossible because it's half built and I've already paid the company for the work. I contacted Patiowell directly and they may help, but they have banker hours. If you value your time or money this shed is NOT for you.

Way hard to put together

All together I like the shed.. perfect size..way to hard and long to put together..45 page instruction book to put it together. Do not choose the hottest day to assemble it like we did. It took us 2 whole days.

Confusing directions

If you’re looking for a small shed, this is a good choice. However, the directions are terrible! Plan to add an extra hour or two for figuring out the directions alone.
