Bought two of these pillows specifically because the stripes ran horizontally. Only received one pillow with vertical stripes. I’ve been emailed customer service for a few days who seems unable to find a resolution themselves and has advised that they must connect with the vendor prior to offering a remedy. Frustrating.

Not at all as pictured! The zebra pattern is vertical not horizontal as pictured and the pattern is two pieces sewn down the middle. The color is also not as pictured it is dark brown and tan. If you are wanting a pillow like the picture do not buy this product.

It was what I expected and as description says , pattern is not same as the picture ( understandably it’s a black and white cowhide leather) size and description is exactly what was advertised. It came in the mail rather quickly and in relatively decent packaging.

Not Like Picture

The cowhide color variation was very slight-nothing like the picture but was made well. Returned.

Great looking and affordable

These look great for the price point, a lot of variation so took a risk and mostly happy with the pattern that was sent.

The color is a bit off for what 'salt and pepper black and white'

I know it's cowhide so getting an exact black and white pillow is not always easy, but I think they may have shipped the incorrect pillows as these are much more brown and white than the black and white 'salt and pepper' the description states. There is a seem in the middle of each pillow which is also not depicted in the picture. The back liner is a tan color, not black like I would presumed with a black and white pillow. They still look okay in my lobby office space, so I decided to keep them .
