Very satisfied, good quality.

After 1 week of use everything seems great. The benches are of good quality and look very rustic around our firepit. They are charred for durability and it adds to the look also. There is a heavy coating of protective poly that I think you need to keep up on each season. I am expecting to get at least 5 years out of these by keeping them covered over the winter and also keeping up on the poly touchup as needed.

Poor workmanship and lack of quality control

I recently purchased three of these benches and two of them had to be repaired before use. One head some of the seating boardes not attached and my husband had to repair it and the second one had a support piece on the underside was cracked in half. I emailed the manufacturer and never got a reply. After my husband repaired them i am quite pleased but he should not of had to do that to start with. It was sub quality manufacturing and a lack of quality control.

Purchased this for the backyard because it was the only curved bench, reasonably priced and you can additional pieces to round it out. I recommend 2 people put it together! Did it myself, and it was challenging to say the least. Legs didn't fit in the drilled holes properly. Had extra hardware couldn't figure out where it went. (Instructions were minimal) I finally got frustrated and used liquid nails to ensure the legs stay in place. Pretty light weight so I carried it myself to the garden area where it looks perfect. Had a few heavy weights sitting on it with no problem. So far it seems to be holding up to the outdoor elements, (heavy rain, hot sun and frost) It still looks new! This bench needs to be treated every few months with a colored polyurethane. Haven't done that yet but will before winter is here! Overall love the bench gave it 3 stars due to the assembly portion. I'd buy it again if on sale.

Beautiful to look at but near impossible to put together. I have 2 Char-log end tables and love them, but this is a disappointment. I’ve already broken parts of it trying to assemble per their meager instructions so I will make do as is. Will not be buying their products in the future

Just ok,

The bench looks nice from far. The surface is rough and the edge is poky. I am thinking to sand it down, but afraid to ruin the coating. By the way the clear coating is uneven when touched.

Would purchase again

Good quality for the price point. Goes together easily. Tried to order a second one but it is out of stock. Hopefully will be in stock soon.

Just what I was hoping for

Very sturdy, good finish, not too difficult to put together. Looks great in my front yard around a beautiful mature sycamore tree.
