Hate it

The legs and arms massage are terrible. Especially the legs part is weird in a way that it presses an unbalanced way which makes it very uncomfortable. Therefore, my wife and i only use it for the back and shoulders. We don't recommend this massage chair especially for this price. We wish we could have returned it for a refund...

Great chair

Amazing chair that arrived way faster than expected! Great features like rocking. Theres no heat setting which I overlooked when I purchased but other than that I’m happy with the purchase. And I got it on sale!

Is it really a new item?

I purchased the massage chair and try to install the leg, which is the final part. Apparently, there are two circlips, previously installed and prevent me from putting the leg part in. These clips are extremely difficult to remove. As of positing this, I still can't remove it. I think the product is a poorly inspected renewed item. But target said they are extra clips for replaments. I have checked the installation manual and video. Theese two clips are not supposed to be there. Target agent is also not very helpful at all. I probably need hire someone to help doing it

This Chair Takes up A lot of Space

This chair is massive. They say it only needs two inches of space. However this chair takes up a whole portion of our living room it is a very long chair. Not to mention that this is not easy to bring into the house due to the size. I would opt for a chair that's more optimal in saving space.

This chair is not a high-end chair or something too crazy, but with its budget price, I think this is the one if you want to save money and have a okay massage chair.

3 years use testimony

Bought for dad who has really bad arthritis. Been using twice a day for 3 years and the chair has held up well and operates like day 1. He says it has definitely made a positive impact on his life. My opinion is that the chair is fantastic and does a really good job all around. I think the foot rollers can be pretty intense but older people love it. I also don’t care much for the arm squeezing. The good news is you can just turn off the foot rollers and arm squeezing or simply just leave your feet and arms out. Buy once and cry once. Yeah it’s 2k but is just worth it if you have the means.

Easy to put together and everything works: compression, rollers, heat, etc. We have tried different modes and even making our own custom massages. Great price and even better value with how much we use it (daily!). Chair itself is very comfortable

Wow! I’m so glad I purchased 2 chairs (for self and for my parents)! This chair is amazing and able to provide such needed relief. The investment was worth it especially with the amount I paid for massages every month. The delivery was flawless and on time. I received proper notice and update from Target and third party delivery company. The set up for the chair was easy! Directions were to the point and took 15-20 mins. Taking things out of the boxes took the longest. I love the functionality and the ability to tailor the machine to the needs of the body and of the person.

I can't believe I've waited so long to order one of these. My chair is everything I could ask for for relaxation. With mutiple setting on comfort. Heavy but simple to assemble.

The package came in perfect. The product itself feels high class, well built and of sturdy quality. The massage itself was also pretty nice. I do feel however, that if you are shorter than 5 feet, you will likely not feel the massage as well as other people. Since I am average height, this chair works perfectly.
