Nice chair, but difficult to put together.
I'm updating my review from poor to average because we did finally figure out how to put this chair together. However, we were sent one incorrect part, so we will see if customer service rectifies the situation. Now that the chair is put together, I do really like it. If customer service comes through, I would update this to good. . . . . Previous review... . . The chair arrived quickly, but we have been trying to put it together with no success. The instructions that come with it are pretty horrible. They're hand drawn and out of proportion. We are fairly handy people and that fact that we can't figure this out makes me think that something might be wrong with the parts. Also, this chair is much more brown-beige than it appears in the photos online, which make it look white-beige. The chair also arrived with a tiny chunk of wood missing from one of the arms. Sadly, I do not recommend this product.
