Very reliable

I live at Sydney, and their warehouse is in Melbourne. I never ordered anything from outside of Sydney. But i saw the product reviews, i also contacted them in the website chat option. They were very professional. After talking to them I learnt that they are offering a discount in the shipping for Sydney customers. Then I thought that I should go for it. I placed my order. Finally i received my order yesterday. The furniture came in good condition. I am happy with my decision, because the recliner was very comfortable. My husband complimented my choice. I am very satisfied.

Good recliner

I ordered the Black color. it was not in stock with them. I had to wait 12 weeks for this, as it was a preorder item. But i did receive within 12 weeks, I contacted the customer support to follow up to my delivery, they were kind enough to update me. I must say, it was worth the wait. I like the smooth reclining functionally, Its also very comfortable. The black color looks good in my living room.

Best deal so far

I was looking for a good recliner. I was visiting a lot of shops for this. But the price was very high. One day I came across this website, and found this recliner. It was exactly what I wanted. Then found that they have a warehouse in Melbourne, I visited that. Then I found that this is the best deal in the market. So i ordered it, and got it delivered right on time. I am very happy with my purchase.

Better than expected

This is so comfortable. I can rest here and read my favorite books. Its much more comfortable than it looks. The leather texture matches my other furnitures of the room. I am happy with their on time delivery as well. Very happy with my purchase.

Impressed with their Customer Care and Delivery service

The customer care representative was very polite and eager to answer to my queries regarding the product quality and delivery. She was not bothered at all even though i asked a question more than twice, she was very friendly. The delivery timing was very precise. The delivery guy was also very cooperative. Good Quality and a great addition to our house

I bought the whole set, and i am so happy with my decision of buying it from them. I was confused about buying a new furniture for the living room. I am very choosy when I comes to buying something. Their customer support is amazing. They answered all my questions very promptly, and they invited me to visit their warehouse. I loved their friendly and professional attitude. Then i finally decided to buy it. Now i still believe that this was a really good decision. The furniture set is nice. Cant think of a better option than this. 10/10 from me!
