After we got past the first toad who begrudged being there, we got a fantastic sales person. It was easy and accessible!! They even allow you to rent a sprinter van, ya know the ones by Mercedes?? Yeah you can rent that for next to nothing too take your furniture home if you don’t have a way!! Absolutely wonderful experience!!

I finished my whole brand new house with AW at a fraction of what it would’ve cost me anywhere else. The quality is the same or better of what you would get at any high end furniture store, and the prices can’t be beat. Delivery and setup were amazing as well with their friendly, courteous staff. I love AFW!!

Great sofa

I love the bells and whistles it has. Just needs to be a little higher from the floor. The color is great. It's very comfortable.. I lovevit!!

Mechanical Issues x 3

Had the couch and matching recliner delivered 3/29, but the leg rest would not go back down on one side. Replacement couch came on 4/1, but this time BOTH recliners would not fully reset, so back it went with the delivery guys. Had the third couch delivered 4/3 and would you believe the SAME PROBLEM. Delivery guys took that one back too. Went back to the store to find a replacement set. The matching recliner works, but I bought matching pieces, so returning that. Wish me luck on the replacement set!

Comfortable and convenient for my house, my nephew loves it too charge his devices, I love the wireless charging for my phone. So many cup holders and I love that I can watch a movie and feel so comfortable to fall asleep

Stellar reclining sofa just one small pet peeve...

At the end of the day, I'm beyond happy with my new reclining sofa. Assembly was easy and I love all the bells and whistles it has. My one pet peeve, which I can overlook, is that the arm on the left side of the sofa makes a low pop sound. I assume it's part of the structure under the brown fabric that is making that sound. Other than that, I have zero complaints as it is exactly what I was looking for. I would still recommend this to my friends and family.

Great couch

Sturdy, solid, and supper comfy. The couch is super functional, all the electrical ports work great and the flip up section work great! We are very happy with our purchase. The extending headrests are great for bigger folks, and helps me however I try to get comfy or cuddles

We are retired. We decided to down size and sold our furniture without knowing what we were going to replace it with. We decided that whatever we chose would be for comfort and not looks. We started looking and ended up at American Furniture. To our surprise we found exactly what we were looking for, comfort and beautiful looks. We are so happy with our purchase and bonus was it was a great price.

Solidly built, functional and beautiful

This couch is solid and it should last us for many years. It is quite heavy but the mechanism works perfectly. Webwill enjoy this!

The price doesn't equal comfort

It feels like you're surrounded by hard wood. There's very little padding and has very rough edges. The head support is too high. It's disappointing to be stuck with something that causes more pain to sit in. Unless you're really tall and skinny this couch is not for you.

Great Sofa and Great Pick up Experience

We bought our sons a sofa for their new house and used movers to pick it up. The AFW team did a great job in making arrangements for a smooth, incredibly fast and easy pick up.

The back is a bit over stuffed which you don't notice in the store sitting for a few minutes but spending over an hour in the chair it becomes very uncomfortable putting too much pressure on your spine. There isn't a lumbar adjustment which could alleviate some of that issue if it were provided.

Color is a little darker than the photo, looks much richer in tone. Leather like material feels wonderful. Definitely opt for in house delivery, comes in one box extremely heavy. First impression is extremely favorable. 1 Stop's price was a few hundred (400 dollars) cheaper than Wayfair. $200 cheaper than Ashley. This is a semi firm sofa with lots of options. I looked at all sofas of the theatre seating variety, The value here is unmatched IMO. Well worth the 6 week wait. I worried about buying online but now I am glad I did.
