Love that it gave the outdoor stray cats a safe shelter option without them being trapped and taken to a pound.

The Pawhut Outdoor Heated Cat House is really cute! It was easy to assemble and super light weight. I placed some straw padding on the flooring to add some weight so it won't fly away with the strong winds. It's enough room for 1 cat but both my cats tried getting in but it seemed too close for comfort.

Works well for the price

It works well for the price. It stays warm and holds up alright in some rain (tho I recommend putting in under a covering or up in something so posture doesn’t seep in. Please keep in mind that if you ever unplug it, please put straw in the house. Leaving only unheated fabric for cats to sleep on in the cold is dangerous and can be fatal, as the fabric can absorb moisture and freeze which also freezes the cat sleeping on it.

I like this house. Bought it for a cat that was left here when the owner died. The heating pad is warm and cozy. The cat however, takes the term literally and refuses to use it. Ive put her food and water right by the entrance and she sits outside of it. I rubbed her with a cloth and put it inside still nothing

I wished it had a cover for the front and back.

Cold air enters through this cat house. It would be easy to get rain or snow into the interior design.

It is what I expected and very satisfied. Bought for a feral cat that spent a brutal winter outdoors last year. He finally comes to our front porch for feeding and is letting me pet him now. I want him to have a warmer winter if I can't catch him to take to vet. He has yet to sleep in it as it's not that cold yet.

Cheap Do not buy !

Okay this is not really made for outside use . Really cheap and would not last long outside has two big opening on both ends . Maybe good for a porch as long as it has a roof and the rain / wind would not hit it .

Good for the price

Not terribly warm to the touch and it can only be plugged in, no temperature oprions. Feral kitty has napped in it, but not her permanent house.

The cat house was used for a feral cat that lives on our property to live in when he visits. We had a vicious blizzard predicted The house went together well. Since it is a dual door design, there was a need to use items to enclose it. The door where the heat source was was enclosed with wood and duct tape. Plastic grocery bags were stuffed into spaces. We had a commercial door for the front. This .made it warm inside. When the bad weather arrived, he stayed in it. He is off and about now,

Walmart was confusing and unhelpful.

The box arrived totally open with parts missing? I started a return but was unable to print a return label. I asked Aosom and Walmart to have the delivery service bring a printed return label, but they said they could not do that - yet they said that Fed Ex had a label. I am totally confused and simply want to return the item for a refund. I am disabled and cannot come to the store. Walmart was very helpful at one time. Why are they not helping now?
