Falsely advertising

Thought the color of the hot tub would be brown to go with my tan deck and brown gazebo. The color I received looks grey not brown. Photos are deceiving I don’t understand why they have photos mostly of the dark brown hot tub if they don’t actually sell that color. All but one photo shows the dark brown hot tub. When asked if they could do something to help fix the issue I was told that I would receive a call back with a solution but haven’t received a call back. So now I have to take extra time to take down the hot tub rebox and return. Extremely dissatisfied with my purchase. Photos attached is the brown I wanted and thought I would be getting, the second photo is the photo of the one other color they have displayed in the advertising photos and the last two pictures is the color I received.

Takes very long to get hot

So far it is good. Heat up to 104 within 48hrs. No big filter on the side like other hot tubs. The cover does not inflate which I like because other hot tubs had an inflatable cover and they deflate easily. The jets are not super powerful but do an ok job. I will update the review as I use it.

Worked great for the first few days. I havent even had it for 1 weeks and the heater stopped working already. As of right now i am not impressed

Great product for the price :)

I had done a lot of research before purchasing this. I was really skeptical about even purchasing one due to all models having both good and bad reviews. I decided to go through Walmart so I could return it easily if there was any issues, plus the 90 day return policy is great!! All things considered loved the size glad I went with the 6 person. Gets really hot was using it in a snow storm and the bubbles almost feel like jets. Seems very durable for the price and I hope to have this product for a long time to come.

I'm going to give this 5 stars, but perhaps it should be 4.5. Firstly, it arrived on-time and is great. I use it at least once a week and it works as you would expect and relaxes you. I bought some addition underwater LED lights and it creates a great atmosphere. Mine heats to 104. I have not tried to heat it to 108 (too hot for me). My one gripe is that 75-80% of the air bubbles work. Customer support hasn't replied to me yet and it's been 2 weeks however, I kind of like it that way because sometimes it's nice to sit with no bubbles when it's too hot.

Don't Waste Your $$$ Or Time On This Item

Absolutely HORRIBLE ! It is the same as the Go Plus inflatable jetted tub we bought last year just under a different name. Last year's stopped heating after about 3 months of usage. This ALEKO model worked for 3 days and then kept tripping the power source and never heated again. DO NOT BUY THIS - don't waste your $$

Was very comfortable and liked the pump inside the tub rather than an exterior one, plus very quiet however, the heater only worked for a week and only got up to 104 one time before it completely stopped working and no longer heated. Very disappointing, we would have loved it.

I love this! I live in a town house and never thought I could have a hot tub. Well here we are. It warms up well and is easy to maintain. I did have to return the first one, but that process was so easy and now I have an oasis in my patio!

Fabulous hot tub use it everyday, jets perfect, heats up to 104 degrees. Would recommend this for anyone easy to inflate, clean and use every night since we bought it, fits 6 people comfortably
