Poor Quality & Poor Customer Service

Coleman shipped the Brayton Manor Cognac Home Office Set. The poor service started with us telling Coleman that the furniture was a totally different color from what we ordered off the site. The service rep said the procedure was for us to sign the delivery form and make notes and they would correct the problem with a new set. The set we ordered was light brown and what we received was burgundy/black. The customer service mgmt said we had to allow for variances. Then we told them the desk and hutch had scratches, They refused to send the new desktop or replace the desk. This company is dishonest and lacks integrity. We tried to cancel, but it would cost 50% of the purchase price for re-stocking and shipping fees. I would discourage anyone from purchasing from them.

First, this is a bit darker than the photographs, but it doesn't diminish the beauty or quality. This is a solid wood desk, as advertised, and is just lovely. I absolutely am thrilled with this purchase. Well worth the price for what you're getting.

Executive Desk

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband. This is a beautiful desk and is very well made. It wasn't too difficult to put together. I would have given 5 stars except there are 8 deep scratches scattered across the top of the desk.

Opening is too low to fit a normal desk chair underneath leaving you too far away from the desk to properly work. Stainpaint chipping and weird indents in the wood on the top

Excellent quality.

Well made because I PUT IT TOGETHER!

I was surprised how heavily made this desk was. It's not fine, heirloom furniture, but it's pretty good given the cost. It looks nice, but don't get out a magnifying glass because there are some flaws, mostly corrected by a brown marker. It was very well packaged and I saved a couple of hundred using Walmart. Delivery was about three weeks (not bad.) It was very heavy which means that the assembly is tough or near impossible for one person. I was able to put it together with occasional assistance from my wife. A strong man could get it done by himself with difficulty. All in all, it's a little better than my expectations.

Love my desk! Guys were great in bringing it in to my office and setting it up. Reality matched the photos.

The desk, ordering process, delivery and assembly went off without any issues. The desk arrived five days before the scheduled delivery and I am very happy with this purchase. The desk is solid wood, dovetail drawers, looks great and is high quality. I would highly recommend one to anyone tired of the cheaper particle board ones ($400-$500) at any big box office store that don't hold over time. You will not be disappointed!!
