True registers are good and fit right in the duct work. The problem is I ordered brown and received gray instead. Delivery was good.
Poor Q.C. Two of four arrived with the louvers out too short to reach the other end. Transparently shrink wrapped, obviously defective. I returned those two and bought a better brand elsewhere. I should have returned them all because the two I kept are so loose that they succumb to gravity and won’t hold a setting. It’s a terrible product!
The wrong size was sent out twice they sent 4x10
Finally found a register that directs straight up and can be directed off to the sides!
Didn’t work properly
Perfect fit. I just wish the item came with the appropriate screws. I love the item and it made an awesome difference to the floor.
