The plant was delayed in shipping and stressed when it arrived. Eventually, it lost all its leaves, but healthy buds that sprouted into new leaves a week later. After 2-3 weeks, it now has about eight leaves, but the plant appears to be on the mend and thriving in its new environment.

I absolutely love how well packaged the item came. It was healthy and wasn’t dried out or sick at all. Looking happy and healthy after repotting into a 5 lb pot. I will definitely order again if I want more.

All the leaves fell off, but still fine
I bought two and the thin plastic pot used for transport was broken in half and it was dry. I moved it to another pot and watered it. All of the leaves fell off, but it immediately had new leaves coming out. The other plant was good, both look great now.
I bought a 5 gallon and 1 gallon. Every leaf ? has fallen off. Looks sick. 1 gallon is ok.some leaf has fallen off also
