Bad parts sent

Both of these units arrived with old runners for the slide rails. After careful construction, the top drawers in both units would not open. I managed to force one open, but the other would not budge. Rather than replacing the unit,Customer Service told me to remove the drawers, even if I had to break them! Unfortunately, this will require me to damage the sides and the top of the file. I am disappointed that Bush is unwilling to replace the entire file, even though it would require me to assemble another unit.

Great cabinet, solid build and looks nice.

Nice but not worth the money

The cabinet is a pretty color. It comes pretty much put together- you only have to add the wheels and drawer handles which is really nice. Unfortunately The middle drawer came crooked- to fix it, the whole cabinet would have to be taken apart. The drawers are hard to open and close. Every time you open the drawer, the whole piece moves. I'm thinking I'll take the wheels off so it doesn't move. It's a nice piece - maybe it's just the way this one was put together?

Poor Customer Satisfaction

Received damaged goods. Would not replace the product, only the damaged part but I had to replace (despite product description indication "fully assembled"). Would not pick up old damaged parts. Would not issue a refund unless I responded to their requests. refunds. I do not know how this company stays in business. Very high pressure manipulation tactics.

This was easy to put together. looks nice without wheels too. sturdy and loks nice. we bought with the matching desks which were also easy to put together

Great piece to go with the desks - only complaint is that the wheels don't lock. So when opening and closing the drawers the whole piece tends to move around.

A very useful Mobile File Cabinet!!!

Nice quality file cabinet. Drawers are easy to slide and the color is great. It is lightweight and I love that it is on rollers. I appreciate with the wheels the height is closer to my desk. Very happy with this purchase and it is great addition to my office!!!!

This Is A Poorly Made

This is a poorly made and designed, undersized cabinet that cost a lot of money. I think Ikea has a smaller one but it cost $75.00. The file cabinet moves every time you open a drawer. If you use the file draw the cabinet tips when you open it.

Good value and easy to build

A good value for a home office. Easy to assemble. Not the same quality as their commercial version which costs 2x more. This item is study but only the bottom two drawers lock.

Great file cabinet and storage for our home office. Came packaged exceptionally well and assembly was truly a breeze. Color was exactly what we were looking for. Works very well with the other pieces we purchased in this line.
