Hardware missing for 1 stool

the only problem is that i ordered 6, 4 are the wrong size… i am trying exchange them but have to deal with the actual company…they want to charge me shipping to return them and looks like i’ll have to take the packages to the shipper myself. also communication takes 48 hours. i like dealing with walmart directly as your store takes care of the issue immediately and does not charge me shipping to return and has a shipper pick up the item from my home. much better customer service!

I don’t like because it’s supposedly it’s new end the product they send me it’s not good end then I want to return they charge to me 70 dollars.

I really liked it but very disappointed.

This is how it came got chips one of the legs I need to replace another one or return the whole set 4 chairs. Please advise thank you.

Sturdy!

Nice, heavy and sturdy! Assembly is little time consuming at least 30 - 45mins per stool.

These bar stools came in perfect condition and they look really nice, especially for such an affordable price! They are really sturdy and took about 20 mins to assemble. I’m really impressed with these stools and like the simplicity and sleekness of them. Will definitely purchase 2 more for extra seating!

Perfect for our basement bar!

These chairs are perfect for our basement bar. We originally ordered only 2 chairs but ended up getting 2 more. We’ve had people over several times using them. No issues or complaints. Assembling the first one was a little tricky but it much easier for the other 3.

These bar stools are absolutely beautiful and perfect for what I wanted. They are extremely well made, so easy to put together, took me about an hour to put all 4 together. I would recommend these to anyone that is looking for bar stools.

Never ordering from you ever again. They want to charge me $60 to send back because it is apparently it’s a 3rd party and Walmart is not backing. If I order from Walmart I should be able to return it to Walmart.
