A horrible experience with delivery
For their hefty price tag, we were denied a white glove delivery on two occasions. Both times, the night stands came in damaged with multiple broken legs. A white glove delivery was offered on the third occasion and we got so fed up that we declined the offer and asked for a refund. It was really inconvenient to have to unpack these very heavy night stands, then take pictures of the damaged areas, and repackage these stands for pick-up. And, we had to do this twice. We were not offered any kind of incentive for the inconvenience that was caused to us.
