Terrible, poor quality

We ordered these knobs along with drawer and cabinet hardware from the Miaokesen line through Lowe’s. The universal screws included with the hardware are difficult to thread, if you’re able to thread at all, and sometimes break off inside the hardware rendering it unusable. What good is a nice looking product if there is so much difficulty installing it? Can not recommend this brand, it is no “superb quality”. Called Lowe’s customer service for a solution and Lowe’s can’t even communicate with this vendor for issues let alone give me an umber to call for solutions and trouble shooting.
