The Amerelle Egg and Dart wall plate is sturdy and a very attractive addition to home decor particularly against a pine wall. It was well-packaged and simple to install. I believe it would have been better if my switch had been off-white, brown, or black rather than white to better match the brushed brass so that might be a consideration in your selection if you already have switches installed.

Very nice switch plate. I love the look and would love to add others to my home. Looks very expensive and nice. The installation was easy and simple. If you find your existing switch plate stuck to the was you can use your flathead to remove. The switch plates comes with its own screws so no need to reuse the old ones. You should be done in about three minutes.

I requested this item because the standard plate covering the switch by the front door was dirty. But even worse than that, it was cracked. So I was very pleased when this was offered. It is fairly hefty which I interpret to mean that it is well built. The old plate came off easily and found a new home in the trash. This was very easy to install. It looks very good. I cannot give this item a five star rating this soon into its life. If the finish holds up, then it certainly deserves one more star. Time will tell.

This has an exceptional finish. Very smooth and even finish This is not a knock, but the back side does have some sharp edges. Once installed that will become a non-issue. It has a nice heavy feeling as it has a lot of substance in it's manufacture. There is no reason that this product will not give a long life of use. This cover matches other covers in the series quite nicely.

Comes with matching screws. Wife likes the decorative design also. I highly recommend this switch cover to add a look to any installation.
