Was shipped a pre-opened used product that we waited far too long for, extremely disappointing. Will be returning and buying from a retailer with much better service.

Functional

The product seems to be holding up well after a few months of use. However, the construction does not seem to be as solid as expected. For example, there is no magnetic catch for the spray head. It relies exclusively on the weight under the sink to return to the full retracted position.

It's pretty but

The faucet is pretty, pressure is good, hose is sufficiently long but no longer retracts all the way. It is now dangling, just a few inches short of retracting fully.

Beautiful statement faucet

So pleased with this faucet! It’s tall and makes a nice statement. I love that the on/off lever is higher than most faucets. Works perfectly and was easily installed by me plumber.

Beautiful faucet. I love the pause function which many faucets do not have. It is very tall, so it is easy to fill large pots. I wish the dimension from the vertical to spout was a little wider so the water coming into the sink would be more central (front to back) in the sink.

I needed to replace our leaking low profile kitchen faucet. I really like how tall the faucet is as that was a huge complaint with our previous faucet. It was so low and challenging to get pots under to wash which is no longer a problem!

(Rewarded Review) A luxurious upgrade that installs easily.

I replaced my kitchen faucet with this unit using nothing more than a phillips screwdriver and a wrench. The best feature is the retention nut that incorporates 3 screws for final tightening. I just screwed on the retention nut by hand tight and then used a screwdriver to tighten the 3 machined screws to make it solid installation. Then I simply attached the cold and hot water supplies and I was done pretty fast. It's easy enough for a novice to install without difficulty.

This is a very beautiful, functional faucet with a solid design. The braided hoses are marked blue for cold and red for hot, making it easy to swap out with your old faucet. The instructions are clear enough, allow easy installation. The spray handle and button are great feature, helping to ease the cleaning process of your sink and dishes.

kitchen faucet has very beautiful stainless steel finish, the flow rate is great. It has much longer supply lines which help to minimize additional pipes and connections. The only challenge was installing it and securing it from under the countertop with a relatively shallow retaining clip which took a number of trials since we were installing it with deep undermount sink. I had to take it out several times and tried to tighten it to ensure that the locking ring fits properly to the faucet base threads. This might not be a problem for shallower sink.

We’re mid-renovation and haven’t had a chance to install our faucet yet, but are very pleased with its esthetics. The black mat finish is modern, and the design is sleek. It looks solid and well made.

Got this faucet to install in my laundry room sink. It's nice and tall for being able to fill buckets and the pull down sprayer is nice to be able to clean out the sink. I like the single hole for the base, it gives the faucet a cleaner look.

The tap came exactly as advertised. I will only get products from a recognized brand. I know that as the cartridge wears out, I can get replacement parts. Our water is hard and cartridge simply wear out. The finish is nice and will last after being wiped daily for years to come.

(Rewarded Review) Amazing Upgrade to the Kitchen Sink!

This kitchen faucet came at the perfect time. Our old faucet had been leaking for months and was really difficult to shut off. The new Studio S faucet was easy to installed and I was able to complete it in about 30 minutes. The best feature during install was the 3 small screws you tighten on the main ring to snug the faucet to the counter top. You only need to hand tighten the main ring and then use a screw driver to tighten the small screws that are pre installed in the ring. This is a much better system than my old kitchen faucet as you typically need a special tool to tighten the faucet to the counter. The faucet easily turns on and off with no leaks or drips and the spread head stays in place with magnets plus the weight installed on the hose below the sink. We noticed a significant increase in pressure on the spray setting compared to our old faucet which works great to rinse dishes. This faucet looks great and works amazing I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a new kitchen sink faucet.

We were looking for a faucet that helped increase the cleaning area of our kitchen sink without having to buy a new sink. Our previous faucet made it difficult to wash larger items, so I was extremely pleased to see this faucet by American Standard positioned much higher than our old one, and allowing easier cleaning with the pull-down sprayer nozzle for those hard-to-clean items like slow cookers, and large pots and pans.

American Standard Studio S Single handle pull-down sprayer kitchen faucet. American Standard has built a high quality beautiful contemporary design. American Standard makes install simple with easy to follow directions. Faucet designed with long braided hoses with indicator red and blue markings to indicate cold and hot hook up for water. A large weight is shipped with the faucet to assist in the spray handle to be fully retracted with a magnetic secure which aligns the faucet when docking. American Standard produced a solid, simple but beautiful faucet. The sprayer wand has a long reach which allows you to reach around large deep sinks. The pull down sprayer also has two buttons on it one to control spray and the other to stop flow of water. The locking nut has 3 pressure screws so when you are in a tight space and can not get leverage on the locking nut, you can tighten the the screws to drive up against the bottom of the counter top applying pressure and getting a secure snug fit. Well done American Standard.

I recently installed this tap in my kitchen. We have a fairly new home, with light granite counters and a mix of espresso and white cabinetry. We were on the fence about it clashing because all of our kitchen hardware is silver, however I think it actually flows pretty well. The matte black is sleek and modern, surprisingly it is very easy to keep looking clean. It is very well made, everything moves smoothly and there are no flaws that I can see... It has a cool feature which I haven’t had before on a kitchen tap - you can push a button to pause the water for a quick second, it’s super handy! The pull down feature makes cleaning the dishes and sink so much easier then a standard fixed kitchen faucet. It was packaged well when it arrived and the instructions were clear and easy to follow.

We recently built a new home and we were not happy with the kitchen faucet the contractor supplied, and we wanted a change. The new faucet is perfect! It is very sturdy and the stainless finish matches our appliances. We like the height of the faucet above the sink. We have lots of room for pots and pans and cookie sheets. We would recommend this product.

I had the plumber install this faucet in our kitchen that is currently being renovated. The control being on the side is great, I prefer that over taps with a centre handle. The sprayer locks in place well and the tap height is perfect for larger pots. Can’t wait till the project is done!
