It was a previously used/installed unit that was sold to us as new. Plus it was missing parts. Resulted in hours of frustration and in additional trips to a different hardware store to pick up another unit, plus one more trip back to Home Depot to return the defective unit. Very unhappy about the purchase.
Avoid. Wouldn’t take for free.
The water flow is awful. Can’t even wash hands without the water end up all over the counter because the water barely comes out of the faucet due to the thin plastic pipes it comes with. Truly mesmerizing how bad it is. Pfister claims it would have a good water flow based on previous response to comments for the faucet, but that’s a complete farce. I double checked the professional plumbers work and he did it correctly based on the instructions when I redid it to make sure he was correct.
