A touch of class

I LOVE this faucet so far. It's simple beauty adds a touch of class to doing dishes. Aside from the beautiful color(brushed gold) it makes things simpler. Instead of having to reach for & fight with a separate sprayer, this all in one faucet is seemless & smooth.

Good bang for your buck

Was pretty simple to install and took me about 15 min.has a good strong flow and spray and aims directclty into the sink and low enough you dont splatter yourself with water.def a good buy for us.

This is the first time me using this brand of faucet I decided to go in another Direction I use this faucet for a bar sink. I had a little accident with a microwave on top of my old faucet and this worked out great as a bar faucet it's easy to clean glasses it's pretty sturdy it looks classy in a bar sink. I highly recommend this faucet

This product has a middle grade fit and finish that appears attractive and the design is one that is available and sells well from other manufacturers. That's where the positive ends. The direction sheet is not model specific and is poorly written. For example, the stainless steel hoses are labeled as "Counter weight", an item not used for this model faucet. The instructions show the hoses as already attached to the faucet body, but they are not and there is no reference to attaching them in the written instructions. On the flip side of this coin there is an instruction to attach the sprayer head, but it comes already attached. Additionally there are several spelling errors in the text. All this may seem minor to a professional, but the average homeowner could easily be confused. Lastly, after installing the unit, we discovered that the faucet itself was faulty, as it would allow neither hot nor cold water to flow under any conditions. We removed the unit and completely disassembled it to investigate. It appears that the valve in the faucet body was either faulty or installed poorly at the factory. In short this particular unit is completely unusable. In order to insure that I had not missed something, I then attempted to contact "customer service" via the email address provided. Some 24 hours later, I have heard nothing in reply. In short, I removed the original homeowners leaking unit, installed the Forious unit, uninstalled the Forious unit, made a trip to purchase another unit from a competing brand and installed it. The client is now happy, but I, unfortunately, am not.

Beautiful Faucet

I love this gold Faucet. It looks so good and it works so well, it’s very ergonomic makes rinsing and cleaning things so much easier and it looks great! Easy to install haven’t had any problems with it, and now. Have been using it for several months. Great item great product for a great price!!
