The towel bar was very good. Instructions were great especially the template to drill the holes in the wall. Worth the money

The product itself was excellent but I am fairly certain the directions for installing it were in error concerning which anchors to use with dry wall or the size of the hole that should have been drilled for the anchor. I decided to go with the smaller anchor in the hole size indicated since that was more typical of other installations of this kind that I've done. The installation seems to be working fine.

I waited 20 mins, walked in to get item. When i came out the store, he was kiading a white man and ignored my call for service. Terrible place

Beautiful, sturdy, and easy to install with included paper template. Level it and tape it to the wall then make your holes. I preferred to use my own metal drywall anchors rather than the included plastic ones. Price point was better than some of the bigger name brands and I like this style better.
