Super Cheap Mounting Hardware

This bar comes with 4 mollie bolts that are so cheap the head with the threads inside the wall breaks off when you apply pressure to the screw head. If going into drywall you end up having a blown out hole. As a result the super tiny mounting plate does not have enough drywall material left behind it so it sinks into the wall making it impossible to mount the rod.Even better, you have a huge mess to patch, sand and paint.I made the mistake of trying toggle bolts in new holes. Same thing happened

towel bar looks great, easy to install.

I will probably return it. They made a good product, but then learned how to cheapen it. I think it is close to junk.

Length was not correct

We mounted the brackets using the template on the box, but our rod was 1/8” shorter than the template so it would not fit on the brackets. It was only 17-7/8” long. I had to notch out the brackets to keep from re-drilling the holes in the wall.

It looks great on the wall. Putting it there was a pain. It needs a better mounting system.

If I rated on looks it would get a 5 star review. Unfortunately it has a terrible mounting system. I would not recommend.

Just bought 2 of these and installed them. Easy and they look great and seem sturdy.

Rusty towel bars

We have barely used these towel bars and only after a few months the towel bars are rusty.

Nice looking and seems to be good quality.

Problem with the wall mounting fasteners. It did not want to load properly.

Couldn’t get one of the ends to attach to the wall tightly. Has a little wobble on that end. Other end is fine though. May be a manufacturing flaw, not sure.
