Great value for the price, and exactly what I believed I was buying. This shower solution offers several settings, including a pause setting to stop the water without changing the temperature, until you are ready for water again. It is very efficient and flexible, and I love it!

Though the shower head itself was great, the hose was not. Instead of being jointed like most, it was a plastic hose that held it's shape. It was not the shape that I wanted. Very hard to manage.

went to home depot to get expert to order a tub facet with a handheld shower head, which he did after assuring me the shower head would fit onto the faucet. Special order is made in the store, then when the unit comes, IT DOES NOT FIT onto the facet, and I have to go through all kinds of effort to find adapters, which don't look pretty, to fit onto the faucet. I think it is an example of store employees who don't make the effort to ensure products fit,even when they come up on the same ordering screen as a product to buy that goes along with the product you with to purchase. POOR experience, and really wasted my money. and the spray hose was the cheapest imaginable.

This has pretty good water pressure, but I was disappointed it was not a stainless steel hose. And the handle is plastic, small and a little hard to grasp.

This thing is not brushed nickel... Its cheap plastic. Guess we will see how long it holds up.
