Shower head is plastic it works but it’s extremely noisy. Sounds like a loud hissing . The hose is a bit short but as I said it works and has multiple settings

I recommend this shower head

I like the many dust configurations and that it's a water saver. They only thing is change is I'd like the hose longer. I love the more compact spray which has a little harder spray because it does a better job rinsing my long hair.

Good enough

This was an easy do-it-yourself shower head replacement. Works great! It’s not made of the best material but it will do.

Needs better grip on handle

I like this shower head. My only complaint is that the handle needs some type of grip because it is a bit hard to hold sometimes while using because of the lack of grip. Defeats the point of buying it. It’s supposed to make showering more convenient. The handle can be a little slippery.

It’s OK, but not great

The different settings are nice and it was very easy to install. The tubing for the hand-held unit is very stiff and hard to use. Overall, a so-so shower head.

Nice shower head

I like the different settings on the shower head. I purchased this to replace an old hand held shower head. The hose included was a plastic that didn't seem flexible. I replaced this with a metal flexible hose purchased separately. Works great and fits in existing holder. The water pressure is good too.

It appears you get a bendable metal hose. It's a plastic rigid cheap hose. Nothing is made the way it once was.

Great for arthritic hands!

This is second one I had to buy because hose broke when I dropped it in shower. Didn't realize until later I probably could have bought just the hose. Learned that after I'd had the 2nd head/hose installed. So don't drop it...hose won't hold up! That's why it got only 4 stars.

Leaks constantly, overall crappy design

I’ve installed the thing about 5 times and every time it leaks. I had to relive the inner O-ring and knock out a plastic piece on the inside in order to get any kind of pressure. I’d give it one star but I bought it on clearance for about $6, so I at least didn’t lose much on the piece of crap.

Ok for low sale price - Stiff hose, Mediocre flow

Each member of the family has used the shower and we all had the same mediocre opinion of the water flow. It is minimally adequate at our house pressure of 50 PSI. I suspect few homes have the 80 PSI that the 1.75 GPM rating was specified at. Our decade old handheld shower without the flow restriction has an order of magnitude better force, but has only a single pattern selection. One of the pattern settings on the Oxygenics with the fewest jets provides adequate power for removing shampoo in a reasonable time. Otherwise, it takes twice as long to rinse the suds away and any water savings goes down the drain . . . The hose is a cheap, rigid, inflexible plastic material. It has an imitation metallic pattern molded into the plastic, but this hose is nowhere as flexible as a true stainless steel hose. I removed the supplied stiff Oxygenics hose and put back the old stainless steel flexible hose from my older sprayhead. Much better. I'll replace with a new SS one if it ever fails. The feature to stop the flow is a nice idea, but the implementation is impractical. you need to hold the wand and click through the various patterns to pause the flow to about 10%. A button would be better. It's much quicker and easier to just turn down the faucet setting. We've been doing that for a decade and have never experienced the dreaded scalding hazard. Your plumbing situation may be different. We will likely shop for a better sprayhead if my unauthorized tinkering can't improve the spray force. Otherwise, will ultimately find its way to the sprayhead recycling bin, so I'm not concerned about voiding the limited lifetime performance warranty. I don't recommend this product.

Great product

The shower head was easy to install. The different settings give a variety of water patterns & gives a nice refreshing shower. The length & flexibility of the hose makes it easy to bathe the dog.

Great Product

I had low pressure in my home shower. I had the same problem in my RV a few years ago and changed to the Oxygenitics shower had and was impressed with the flow that the new head produced. Fast forward and couple of years and suddenly encountered the same problem in my home shower. While I could not find the exact model I wanted, I found something close and went with. It was a great choice as it cured all of my shower problems! I would highly recommend this product.

Turned My Frown Upside Down

Tanzania again, here with an update to my original review on March 22. I followed up with the Oxygenics rep as offered. I received a brand new replacement of my 3 year old original. The brushed nickel has an extra coating (finish) that makes it a bit heavier. We removed the restrictor and viola'....Good Times! I will recommend this product. If not just for the superb customer service, but also how the company stands by it product! If you like a more powerful spray, remove the restrictor at the bottom of the shower head.

This shower wand looks good but after installation found low water pressure. The solution is to remove the restricter vastly improved pressure and now all of the selections on the head work great. The design is nice and like I said the features work great after removing the restrictions on the water. I would not recommend this product without telling them about the pressure problem.

Disappointed

Our original brushed nickel version of this handheld shower head broke and we needed a same day replacement. Only the chrome was available in stores for immediate pick up. I would have to wait 7 days for a brushed nickel by mail. Well, I was quite disappointed. The chrome’s plastic material feels cheap. The water sprays feel more like a tickle than a massage. Poor quality materials. It’s my fault. I should’ve paid more attention to details in addition to the design. Pay the extra $5 and invest in the brushed nickel version of this item. Better quality overall. Lowes was great about the return.

Pressure less than expected

Box description sold me on a product that "amplifies pressure." Attractive appearance. Very easy installation, no leaks or adjustments needed, which surprised me. However, none of the 7 spray selections produced close to the pressure of the corroded shower head I replaced. Boxed it back up and will return it and try another brand.

The new multifunction Oxygenics showerhead was nicely packaged and easy to install. The water-saving feature is also nice. It has 7 spray settings that make it versatile. It is nice looking and I think it's a great value.

[Rewarded Review] Excellent Upgrade!

This was a great upgrade to my kids bathroom shower. The overhead angle is great as it really points downwards making it an easy-to-install overhead shower head. It has decent water pressure for it's size. I don't have the best water pressure on my top floor, and this thing takes that out of the equation. It even holds steady while the shower in the master bath is working. There are plenty of good pressure setting for many different needs.

[Rewarded Review] Clean Rinse

The installation was easy, but the attached hose is too stiff and doesn’t hang nice or move easily when the shower head is held in your hand. I like the seven spray options and the even glow. Good spraying surface area for when you take a shower. Connection to the pipe is plastic so durability may be a question. Overall a decent shower head.
