Install and product quality

While the general configuration will fit my need, I was a bit discouraged that there were so many plastic components. The screws provided to mount the bar were inferior and broke during installation. We had to buy additional screws. The mount blocks to the screw plate is set so it is not possible to rotate the hole pattern so that it can optimally access a stud. Other than that, installation instructions were relatively easy to follow.

Great shower fixture however does not come with a mixer valve and had to purchase one separately. For the price and the fact it’s delta I was a little disappointed.

Solid and good looking dual duty bar.

Water not on yet but installed today in our roll in shower. Looks great and happy it acts as a grab bar also.No fear of my husband pulling it out of the wall.

This is the perfect hand-held showerhead + grab bar. It functions exactly as hoped.

Misrepresentation of item

The part that is supposed to attach the hose to the wall is not included. No where does it tell you the item number to purchase it separately for $58.

Delta Head

Good Delta unit, nice adjustment on head

I love it. I like the ability of shower head sliding down to siting heigh. also the spray is very comfortable.

Incomplete for installation

This item did not come with everything required to install. I had to go purchase a shower kit and an adapter. On 4/22/24 I went to Lowe's to get the required parts to install. Michael in plumbing did not know what was needed. He called Delta who also did not know. Rep said to get regular shower faucet. Picture and video show a piece that the hose attaches to to get water. We are going to have to hook hose to overhead shower head, which I had to purchase separately. That will make it too high for sitting down to shower. Neither Lowe's nor Delta had any idea how this works. I haven't even used it yet and I am unhappy.

Satisfied with Delta shower head it doesn't have much water pressure but satisfy my needs.

I love the look. However, I was disappointed that the arm which holds the shower sprayer does not swivel. the shower sprayer just stood straight up. so I returned it

Like most shower heads with flow restrictions the shower is not great but with them removed it's OK. The grab bar and ability to lower or raise the shower head is good if you have short and tall people using it.

Bar well made. Slide and shower head not impressed with not worth $200.00

Quality product

My customer loves her new shower.

We purchased this shower bar for a older friend who was having physical difficulty standing for his shower. He has a shower seat he uses and this adjustable head allows him to stay safely seated to shower. There was some difficulty for us non professionals to install but we got it mounted securely on ceramic tile using the recommended drill bits. I’m sure a pro could have put it up in much less time but it is doable for the average do it yourselfer with some plumbing knowledge and drilling/securing skills. Bonus that it looks nice too. I gave it 4 stars because the buttons on the handheld for adjusting the spray are a little overkill and unnecessary. Delivery was timely and all was in great shape.

I am never buying from Wayfair again. Returns are impossible. Many emails and phone calls later and they wont resolve their technical issue so I can’t return this item. Corporate robbery. Customer service people are mean.
