Heavy duty replacement. Much better than the one it replaced.

Good solid holder, but if you currently have a plastic hose you may be forced to buy the hammerhead metal hose. My experience: plastic doesn't stay in the metal holder, rotates, and sometimes falls down. I bought the metal hose. All is well.

Used it to replace the plastic one that came with my shower head and couldn't hold its weight. This one is much higher quality and is able to hold the shower head at any angle I choose with no slipping or sagging.

I had the plastic Hansgrohe fittings which leaked and one even broke in a couple of showers. I replaced them with these all-metal ones and the work great.Here is a tip, with some work, you can remove the back flow and restricter devices in your old fixture and put the into this. They are a perfect fit. I used a 9 or 10 mm deep socket and a vice.

Old connector wore out as it was made with plastic. This is all brass!

I was tired of the plastic crap that comes with shower heads now. Wanted a solid, rock steady one that could take some abuse. This one is it. Its not going to break under normal use.

It's the second time buying this item, just in a different color. I have no trouble with the first one, and the second one is fine as well.

Same color as my decor and it fit perfectly saving me the money of having to buy an entire unit at the big box stores because that’s all they could do, they don’t carry parts like this.

Very study compared to the all plastic part that I purchased this item to replace. Following the directions to the letter this item was easy to install and works exactly as desired.

Had those moen magnetix shower.It didnt last for a year or so. Water would burst out around edge. Turns out there is a pinhole develop overtime inside when a removing the magnet cap bracket that holds the shower head.These are great stuff solid.

The brass and stainless steel shower head holder is excellent. Very sturdy and works perfectly.

I bought 2 plastic holders and lasted 6 months. So when I saw the shower head store ad saying you will never need to buy another one believe it! Made of solid brass. The updates for my order were amazing. Great service Shower Head Store!

It’s outstanding. Having a little installation issue with the slide bar but that’s a user thing. The quality is incredible.
