Wall plates

I loved the look but both plates metal and color “ brushed bronze did not match . Unfortunately they were to be used near each other on the same walll . I could not use them and need to return them but not sure how.

These are very nice switch plates. The thickness adds a whole new level of quality look to the plates and the design fits our architecture perfectly. We are thinking of changing out the entire house (we bought these for just one room we remodeled).

You didn't return my money

I sent a wall plate cover in for a return and have yet to get my money. Your company has an F rating from the Better Business Bureau. I should have checked before I ordered. I'm really glad I waited to see if I would get my money back before ordering a replacement for the one I returned. I will now be going somewhere else to get the other wallplate I need.

My experience has been terrible. First, I tried to send you a message using the email address at the bottom of internet page. But it insisted that I open an account and provide other information. What I wanted was for you to send me three 2-toggle plates when you restock them. Now you want to know if I liked them!! Also, I tried to reach you by phone but your phone service is down. I left a message to call back but no response. Are you still in business or just pretending to be?

Good - except the screws were way too long. You should have shorter screws in the pack and they were not all the same color either.

Great finish. Looks premium. Lightweight - doesn't feel as quality as a heavy solid plate, but once it's up on the wall, you can't tell. Good value.

I was looking for a sleek modern 3 toggle wall plate in nickel to match the rest of my outlet covers. I love this one so much that I'm thinking about replacing all of the others. Well made!
