Smooth action, easy installation
I bought two of these; one for a narrow linen closet door in the bathroom, and one for the door to master bathroom. This item is very well made and easy to install. The design allows plenty of leeway to have the door edge fall where you want it, and the mechanism operates very smoothly. I replaced a bothersome, picky pocket door to the bathroom with one of these. It's a dramatic improvement, and I love the style.
Great value for the money
We were building a separate laundry room in our garage. I wanted to make 1 wall of the room very accessible with large barn doors. These were priced well so I was a bit skeptical. They arrived quickly and were very well made. Assembly was super easy.
