Should have a Replacement Ceramic Valve

I had a whole house water softener and RO system installed 5 years ago. Several months back the RO faucet developed a slow leak and so I disassembled it and tried cleaning the ceramic valve. When I reassembled the faucet the leak was worse so I went to the Express Water website to purchase a replacement valve. Surprise! They don't sell it. I reached out and was told the reason is that the valve costs the same as the faucet. So, I had no choice but to order a brand new faucet. What a waste! I would much rather have paid for a new valve rather than toss a perfectly good faucet. While customer service was good and I got the replacement faucet in a reasonably short time, I'm disappointed about the experience.

My last faucet started leaking everytime we would use it. We needed a new one quickly. So I'm glad it was shipped out so quickly. I recieved a day before it was expected arrive. And fortunately this new faucet works perfectly fine

Arrived in good condition

This faucet looks good, but it's also been working well. We use this faucet with with an Express Water RO filtration system for our drinking and cooking water. My plumber installed it all for me, but he mentioned that it was a standard-size faucet that fits most sinks

Upgrading my kitchen

This faucet is one of the finishing touches on our kitchen rennovation project. We replaced all the cabinets, redid the floor and counters, and installed an under-sink water filtration system. Our old faucet was showing is age and it didn't fit our kitchen's new aesthetic.
