Looks great but design is awful
Have been a Independent contractor specializing in custom bath remodels for over 20 years and leaving negative reviews is not something I normally take the time to do but this unit is impossible to install in a tile shower without having to purchase 2 brass 1/2" male x 1/2" female extensions which I had to order. I set my drop ear elbows as shallow as they could go to where the pipe was right against the backside of my Kerdi board. The Tile was a thin subway tile and with my pipe set as shallow as possible the supplied brass fittings with the integrated mounting stem didn't even make it in past the first rubber washer let alone far enough to have something for the set screws to bite into. After my brass extensions arrived I went back and had it working in no time but should have a design that understands the receiving female pipe is limited by the supply pipe hitting the backer board.

Took me 10 minutes to install. Good instructions. I really appreciate how tall it stands in the shower (I'm 6'6" and appreciate getting water from above vs. in my chest). The rainfall functionality is more of a novelty for me but I leave it dual running all the time. For this price, I bought another for my guest bathroom. Great improvement over the builder-grade shower heads I had before.
This is renter friendly and very much a top buy! I would definitely buy this again.
