leaks from handle with a constant drip, this is not an install issue

Faulty Faucet

Purchased this faucet in February and noticed it started leaking in July. Leak was coming from the handle and was leaking so much that it was dripping down the hose under the sink. Fortunately the plumber that installed our faucet placed cardboard under our sink. If we hadn’t left that the damage to our sink cabinet would have been substantial. As annoying as it is to purchase an item with faulty parts, it happens. My reason for 1 star is due to calling customer service and after a few rings being prompted to voicemail. I have not received a call back days later. Hoping I’m wrong but I doubt I will receive a call back. On the flip side, I purchased a shower faucet from delta. A piece was missing. They immediately sent me a replacement part and informed me the faucet was covered under a lifetime warranty. I like the style of this faucet but if Mondawe does not prioritize right sizing quality issues. I’ll be making the switch to another company when I replace this faucet.

The first one was defective. After it was installed, it had an internal leak that could not be repaired by our installer. I returned that one and ordered a replacement. We just received it, and it has not yet been installed.
