Our new faucet

The new faucet is great. The only thing I would change, would be to make the rigid faucet tube about 3" longer so it reaches further into the sink

Don't do it!

We bought one thing and have asked MANY TIMES to undubsceibr because they were emailing us and harassing us to death! Don't let yourself get into the trap!

Love this faucet!

This thing is great! The scour stream pressure of the spray wand is unbelievable. The installation was a snap, hoses fit my existing connections. Very sturdy quality construction. Would definitely buy again.

Simply gorgeous AND functional.

I purchased this in chrome and am installing it in an otherwise simple kitchen. It is like having that one piece of jewelry that is tasteful, beautifully designed, and makes a striking statement.

Excess Spring Tension; Could not pull down to rinse sink.

The sprayer will hang down to within 3" of the top plane of the sink, but the spring tension is too high to allow it to pull down far enough to adequately rinse out a 30" Kraus Sink that is 10" deep. Returned without installation. Returning was a significant exercise in patience with Homary, requiring proof of condition, proof of packaging condition; a lot of hoops to jump through to get a refund.

Some flaws to be “Commercial”

2 pieces keep screwing off. The clamp for spraying and the knob to turn on and off the water. It’s frustrating in a commercial setting. We use often with 10 + employees and the pieces may fall into the drain of we aren’t paying attention due to high traffic.

Tired of spending a fortune

Tired of spending a fortune on name brand faucets and them not last! So thought we’d give this one a try. Super easy to install and feels heavy duty.

I absolutely love this faucet. I’m wondering what took me so long to get it. It’s sleek and well made.

I love this faucet extends all around my sink and love the 2 arms— for spray and filling!!!! Looks fabulous too!!

This is the third one

This is the third one I have bought. It is much better then all the other brands.

I dont have it installed yet but will add a photo when it is installed

Leaked from internal components from the start. All my connections are tight and fine, but this is leaking from somewhere inside and coming out of a joint I had nothing to assemble near. Company said they would ship out replacement parts for me to fix the faucet, but then vanished. It took over a month for Houzz to authorize a return and then I had to ship their poorly made product back at my cost. . Bottom line: Neither this Seller or Houzz want to hear from you or help after you made a purchase. STAY AWAY from this faulty faucet and company!
