This is a gorgeous matte black kitchen faucet from BWE. The style of the faucets gives it a nice commercial look to it. One of the unique features this faucet had that I like is the handle is on the side and not facing you. Some people may not like this because of turning the water off after your hands are wet. Included in the box is an optional bottom plate if you are switching from a 3-hole faucet to a single hole faucet. I've always liked BWE faucets and their customer support. I would not have any hesitation on buying this faucet again or recommending it to someone.

[Incentivized Review] A great faucet

This is a fine faucet, just not as high end as I was expecting. It's good for a starter faucet to someone who has never used a faucet of this nature. I like it. I can feel that the hose is going to wear out at a sooner rather than later point, tho. I like the finish, very nice powder type matte coating. It's a great faucet if you are starting out, but wouldn't use in high end design.

[Incentivized Review] Nicely-Finished, Modern-Looking, Quality Faucet with an Excellent Spray Head

My BWE kitchen faucet (actually installing on my wife’s laundry room sink) arrived yesterday, nicely packaged in a shrink-wrapped, slick cardboard box with a foam insert, well-protected from shipping damage. It's very nicely finished in matte black. In the installation instructions, the recommended minimum distance from the center of the faucet to the wall behind the faucet is just under 4 inches (100mm). My wife’s laundry sink has only 2-3/4 inches from the wall to the faucet center-line. This faucet just fit, but 3 inches is really the minimum distance to have full-range temperature movement of the control handle. Assembly of the faucet in preparation for installation took a bit longer than expected. First, I had to locate some thread locking compound to ensure that the through-deck nipple would stay firmed attached to the faucet body, and I ran into a couple of faucet assembly issues: 1) the under-deck retainer with two screws was very loose on the threaded nipple, and 2) steps 2 and 3 of the installation instructions should be reversed (install the supply hoses, then install the nipple with thread locker). When test-fitting the threaded retainer onto the nipple, it was loose enough that I didn’t expect the threads to hold the retainer. I fixed the loose retainer by squeezing it slightly in a vice. It fit snugly after three attempts to reshape it slightly – go slowly and test-fit after each adjustment. The supply hoses are good quality and screw-in readily if you follow my recommendation above. Since they fit into a recessed area, they are a bit difficult to tighten, but they seal with an O-ring, so hand-tight should be fine. Again, make sure to install them before installing the nipple into the faucet body. Also, the hoses are marked red and blue with tape, but I didn’t see hot and cold markings on the faucet fittings. The hoses appear identical, so connect the water lines at the shutoff valves and switch them if they aren’t correct. I do have a couple of concerns: 1) If replacement parts are needed, there’s no indication where to order them or an exploded view of the faucet to identify pieces by part number, and 2) there is no indication of warranty terms whatsoever. In the installation instructions, the specifications for the faucet are in metric units. The recommended maximum operating pressure is approximately 72psi and maximum recommended water temperature is 140F. Both are well within normal household water pressure and temperature. Important - please note that the spray hose does NOT extend. However, the spray head can be removed from its retainer and the upper portion is flexible. At 60psi (my water pressure), the spray head puts out a nice, strong spray pattern. Overall, the faucet is a very nice addition to my wife’s laundry room.

[Incentivized Review] Listed as a sink faucet but works great in a utility room sink!

The existing standard faucet on our laundry room tub had limited range and spit spray out all over the small countertop anyway. We wanted more range and flexibility but not a pull out unit as we've found that those need clear undercabinet space for hose storage and that they too easily end up getting water well outside of the sink and all over cabinets, walls and floors.

[Incentivized Review] Updated design Pre-Rinse kitchen faucet for single or three-hole sinks

Modern, updated kitchen faucet that fits a single hole sink, or a three-hole sink with the provided deck plate. The spray head receptacle is secure and well designed. Nice high arc on the arm to reach over big stock pots, and a 360-degree spout to clean all around larger items and sink corners. The fittings are brass, the disc valves are ceramic, and the inner hoses are food-grade PEX. Good quality product.
