Great faucet. Clean look. And the stainless steel looks more premium than the price would suggest in comparison to other faucets. Very happy with the purchase

Looks nice. I bought this to match some others I purchased a couple years ago. Comfortable to use and doesn't have the little plastic thing that is impossible to clean. Second time buyer.

Should have Purchased From the Start

When remodeling our bathroom, I purchased a sink faucet from Pfister. That was s bad choice. Running cold water was fine, but after a couple of weeks, hot water only trickled. Pfister said it had a faulty design mechanism and sent a device twice that we had to add to it. Still trouble. The faucet was beautifully designed, but expensive, so we just kept it, being tired of the long ordeal. I later decided to buy what my mother always trusted—DELTA. We have had no issues—as expected. HOT WATER!!!

Don't buy

The only faucet I've ever had an issue with. The copper stems are so cheap and thin, one twisted so easily and leaked. I've installed many faucets over the years, including GB ones, and never had a problem.

I wish Home Depot provided us with a review form for the purchase and installation of a security door, That process lasted approx. six months before eventual successful completion. It required us to make otherwise-unplanned trips of 280-mile round trips to coordinate with the installer. Installation was finally completed on the 4th attempt. No delays or extra trips resulted from our action or inaction.

This was a replacement faucet. I was disappointed in Delta's mounting method, two large washers with nuts. I was also disappointed with the water pressure of this faucet. It has less water pressure then the original faucet. The handle moves very easily from on to off and hot to cold. Appearance wise it looks good.

I bought Delta because they do stand behind their products in my experience. This faucet was at a reasonable price and suits our needs. Grandchildren tend to run the water at full blast and I was looking for a faucet that limits flow. This faucet does that, maybe a little too much. The flow is definitely limited and now the kids can only do so much damage! Anyways' this faucet works well so far. Easy install. I mounted the water hoses on the faucet before putting the faucet on the sink. Saves some of the hard work under the vanity and behind the sink bowl! This has been installed a week and is solid.

This unit didn’t come with water feed lines. Also, the water pressure coming out of this unit is marginal at best. The handle must be lifted more than half way up in order to engage the water, which seems wrong, The previous (similar) Delta faucet had significantly better water pressure and came equipped with water feed lines. I’m disappointed with this unit and will replace it in the near future.

UPDATE on my previous review - don't buy

Bought three of these, one had a bad cartridge from the beginning. Had them for about 2 years and had to have two of them repaired. And once the ball is replaced, the faucets leak and the handles are loose - the guy who did it said it's typical w/ this brand and type of faucet. So, not buying these again. Remodeling baths next year - these are NOT on my list.

Disappointed!!!

I bought the Delta faucet looking for a good quality product. However, what I got is the cheapest lowest quality faucet I have ever purchased. My 2004 entry level builder special faucet is many steps better quality than this Delta faucet. I gave it a 2 instead of a 1 because it does function and provides hot and cold water. But it feels like the cheapest lowest quality product imaginable.

Great value and easy install!

I needed a durable faucet to replace one that’s been there for 23 years. The existing faucet had a “lifetime warranty” but at the cost of paying for shipping, and the time delay, I looked at fixing it myself. That would have costs me close to what this brand new faucet costs. It is durable, not plastic, and easy to install. I’m very happy and feel this faucet will last a while.

This is no bargain

The faucet is a beautiful looking "bargain", however the water does not fall down in a ribbon, but rather shoots over to one side and splashes all over the wall and sink. My plumber reinstalled and cleaned it out twice, and there was still no change. I should have known, since it was repackaged..obviously because it has been returned several times.

Basic Cheap faucet - still looks fine/works good

Tap was generally easy enough to install, and finish looked fine. The drain pipe was lots long enough, I ended up cutting mine down to fit into my existing plumbing. Does feel a bit on the cheaper side overall but works and looks fine enough once installed. I purchased it on a sale price and needed a replacement, so for what I paid it is pretty decent enough. Biggest complaint that I have is with the function of the handle where it is very sensitive when trying to adjust temperatures. It doesn't take much movement of the lever to change the temperature mix drastically.

why did they make installation harder?

I install three or four faucets a month.

Nice faucet

It replaced a 30? year old delta single handle faucet. I have Delta Faucets everywhere, my home, rentals everywhere. I do prefer the push pull Moen faucets for the tub/Shower tho. 2 things the old faucet had over this one though, the angle that the water comes out, the old one put the water more out in the bowl and this one is more straight down, thus my hands are more up against the wall of the bowl. I did mount it as close to the front of the bowl as I could get it. The old faucet put out probably 1/3 more water, I took off the aerator and it seem like there is plenty of pressure then so I will put the aerator from the old faucet on and I think it will be fine, even though the supply tubes on this faucet are smaller than the ones on the old unit.

It was easy to install and works fine. I'd like to see 2 things improved. One thing is the fit of the plastic piece that fits into the bottom of the faucet base, in between the countertop and the faucet. It is cut to fit into the bottom of the faucet, but it doesn't fit perfectly. When I initially tightened the faucet to the countertop, I was under the sink and the faucet shifted over maybe 3/4 of an inch. Because the plastic piece was not a perfect fit on the bottom of the faucet, it didn't move with the faucet. That meant I had to loosen the nuts underneath the faucet again, so I could re-align the plastic piece with the bottom of the faucet. This took extra time and was annoying. Delta needs to make the plastic piece fit tighter in the bottom of the faucet, so if the faucet moves while being tightened down, the plastic piece would move with the faucet and stay in place. The other thing I didn't like is the steel rod that controls the sink stopper doesn't have enough room to go straight up and down, so it goes down at an angle. Delta should redesign that because right now it works OK, but not great. That detracts from my overall satisfaction with the faucet.

replaced a two handle faucet in guest bath with this faucet. install was relatively simple. I must have done ok cause there are no leaks. Love the brushed nickel finish. Trying to rid my home of chrome fixtures one at a time. great water pressure through this faucet. easy to adjust temp from cold to hot. very nice product and the price was exceptionally reasonable. and it has a lifetime warranty from Delta.

I have the brushed nickle finish type. It looks great and the price was great! However, I just ran into the same issue as another customer: after several years of use, it began to leak internally without any warning, and the water ran slowly down the water line, and the floor of the vanity cabinet is now completely destroyed! (The faucet before this was a 2-handle kind and had been in use for 20 years with no issues and I just wanted a new look that had a single lever. Bad decision!) I had thought maybe that was my bad luck and was shopping for the same faucet (so everything would fit like before). But now after reading about the other customer's identical experience, I am going for another brand.

Have always purchased Delta faucets. Needed to replace 2, 37 year old Delta faucets on double bathroom sink. DO NOT FOLLW DIRECTIONS AND REMOVE AERATOR AND TURN ON SAME FAUCET TO RINSE IT. This faucet has aerator head inside faucet too far and water will run down back and flood underneath. If remove aerator , rinse it with another faucet. Someone at Delta made a very faulty faucet. Also, pop-up drain knob is at a hard to work with angle. Stopper that comes with faucet is cheap plastic and with a flimsy rubber seal. Go buy a better stopper. Still installed these faucets, but doubt they will last 37 years!
