One of the parts that retracts the sprayer was the wrong size…too short. Now I cannot use this feature as it is already installed. Cheap production.

Sprayer doesn’t work

Had this faucet installed by a professional handyman. The sprayer would not retract. He uninstalled it and reinstalled it 4 times and it never would retract. So now I have bought a product that does not work correctly and I cannot use this feature. Home Depot, how about sending someone over to fix this!!?

Instructions recommend teflon tape for one connection. not needed...if you connect the hot and cold lines per instructions then pushing the handle back or away from you will be the cold water.so reverse if you want cold towards you

Boxes was damaged banged up just returned to the store, I Don't have any luck with UPS , won't order online with home Depot .

Did not come with all the parts. just the faucet and not the weight for the pull down sprayer, not the plate for a sink with 3 holes, and came in a generic box that was poorly taped up. It appears that I received someone's returned item. Super cool.

[Rewarded Review] A Beautifully Crafted Kitchen Faucet

The Aleasha Single Handle Pull Down Sprayer Kitchen Sink Faucet is masterfully crafted with the do it yourselfer in mind. The faucet comes with most everything you need to install it in about an hours time. It also includes cloth gloves to protect the brushed nickel finish. The finish suprisingly matches well with my stainless steel kitchen appliances. Minimal tools are necessary to install the faucet. I used a plumbers sink wrench and crescent wrench and phillips screwdriver. Silicone is necessary if your sink is uneven when using the supplied faucet base. The base is only necessary if you are covering a 3 hole sink basin. If you have a single hole sink then the base can be discarded for it is not needed. The supply lines have adequate length to reach the water valves as long as they are directly under your sink which most homes are built that way. They are also clearly marked for hot and cold supply. The instructions are clear with pictures. Be sure to read them to familarize yourself with the installation so as to not miss a step that may cause you to remove the faucet unnecessarily.

We had a name brand faucet installed in our kitchen for about 3 years. It was over a $100 and we always had problems with it. I decided to try out a different brand this time. The faucet came packaged very neatly. The quality seems great. The instructions were clear and simple. My only complaint is that the hot and cold is opposite of most standard units. It look great installed in our kitchen. It comes with different screen options and connecter adapters for solid lines. The even included soft cloth white gloves to wear to protect the finish. Time will tell on durability, but for now I am very pleased.

VERY happy with this new kitchen sink faucet. My wife also loves it. Looks excellent when mounted on our sink. Well-made and works great!!! For do-it-yourself homeowners it comes with very clear and easy to understand installation instructions. Has your traditional narrow discharge, but with a quick press on the pull-down spray head button it switches to a wide spray pattern. Pressing on the upper button and holding it gives you a wider, more misty spray. All this at a much more reasonable price than many of the pull down sprayer kitchen faucets I looked.

The Aleasha single handle pull down kitchen sink faucet with sprayer was shipped quickly after ordering it on line from Home Depot. It was packaged very good with all pieces and instructions included. I like the pull down style and mostly the silver finish. It will be installed in our guest house kitchen very easily. The quality is very good and it'll work out as planned with many years usage. I like it.
