You get what you pay for...

I bought two of these faucets for my master bathroom remodel to go with my new vessel bowl sinks. They certainly are beautiful, so I give them that! However, I have old galvanized piping that occasionally needs to be replaced when leaks pop up. During the remodel, I had to re-plumb the shower, so when the water came back on, it sent rust through the lines, which clogged the faucets. With most faucets, the aerator can be removed for cleaning, but these not so much! In fact there is no real aerator, as it was just a mesh screen that deforms easily, so don't remove it, or you'll never be able to put it back in the same way again! Instead, it clogged in the cartridge, and the fix was a new one. Should be easy enough, except upon investigating the company, BWE, I found that they were a China-based company that offers no way to order parts. Luckily I was able to find a generic cartridge for cheap on another site. It's working for now, but I'm hoping that it'll hold up. If not, I'll be replacing both of these faucets with something that is higher quality.

This is a good sturdy faucet, something we we’re looking for, really like the look of a well faucet concept and like how the water has a even flow in good diameter when flows out of exit spout.
