Have had to replace the handle 4 times in 7 years. The spline keeps stripping.

Heavy use only shower that we all use at my house a family of four and now the cartridge leaks. I purchased the faucet over four years ago so so far I have had a couple problems. The spout would not stop to create the shower to have all of the pressure it continue to drip, but after contacting customer support. they sent me a new one and I received it within a couple days. It is now been approximately four years. I called Customer support and they already had my information on file and sent me a new cartridge the product itself hasn’t been top-notch, but the customer service is amazing. They answer their phones and there’s no business. For that alone, I would definitely purchase another product from Pfister.

Dont waste your money

Purchased this combo, had to call the plumber twice because the shower does stay on. The only way to shower is to put something to hold it in place. The finish is all stained with wayer spots it only has been installed for 1 month. Very disappointed with this brand, my fault I didn’t read the reviews . I wish I could add more photos to show the wayer stains.

Poor quality - tub spout broke so shower cannot be used.

Leaks constantly

My Venturi shower leaks constantly from the shower head, and I can’t find a replacement valve cartridge that fits.

Cheap parts, wear out quick

The handle is by far the cheapest one I've ever owned. Had to replace the spline shaft not too long after installing, and now the handle spline has worn out. Stay away from Pfister

Its easy to install and elegant

Beautiful look but structurally deficient

We bought this faucet for our shower about 5 years ago. It had worked great up until a month ago at which time the handle would only spin and not turn on the water. After disassembling it I discovered that the plastic gear that surrounds the screw had broken in multiple places. This was very disappointing for such an expensive faucet, and very disappointing to see that such cheap materials were used for this product.. It is obvious that this assembly is structurally weak and that eventually it will fail due to the plastic deteriorating. I would have hoped that they would have used something a little more robust for this.

I am returning the item. It was defective.

It is just the best in faucet, so simple to use.

Cheap product made cheaply without a quality check

Never seen such a substandard quality Item which has functioned way below wha is expected for even such cheaply (overseas/over the border) made item.

Does not work

Shower faucet does not work. Just got it installed in a newly remodeled bathroom. 2nd use and the shower faucet will not stay up. Super expensive to have this type of issue’s.

Forever seal. Ha! Not likely

Bought and installed four years ago. It started leaking about 6 months ago. Took it apart cleaned the valve housing and inspected the gaskets on the mixing valve. Re-installed it and it started leaking within a week. Finding a replacement mixing valve has been difficult.

Shower diverter doesn’t work. Went onto website and found many complaints. They are shipping a replacement part, but it’s disappointing to pay over 200 bucks and it doesn’t even work right.

Poor Quality Handle

Failed after 2 years, the handle started spinning, the inner thread in the handle was defective and it is not biting the thread on the extension stem.Never expected this cheap quality from Pfister.

This is nothing but trouble,the diverted leakes.

I bought this 2years ago and had to change the diverted 2 times already.I am disgusted to say the least.

Nice looking and functioning shower faucet set

Functions as designed. I like the shower head as it really rains the water down on you. Can't speak to the longevity/durability of the faucet as its only been in use for two weeks. So far so good.

Had this for a year and the tab you pull to turn shower on is broke and they offer no replacement part or trouble shooting steps. I couldn't even find a name for the part to look it up. Owners manual offers NO solutions. NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!

i bought this product about a year ago. things didnt work out for the installation as planed.so i waited till this weekend to install. foot note I HAVE BEEN A LICENSED CONTRACTOR SINCE 1994. I installed the unjt this weekend everything seemed to be fine untill I turned it on. the shower valve worked fine until I pulled the diverter to the shower. as long as I held it up the shower worked fine. when I let go of the diverter handle it released and sent the water flow to the tub. after several tries I found the shower diverter did not work at all. after reading hundreds of reviews I found that this product is apparently just a piece of junk with plastic internal parts that seem to not work right out of the box. several consumers tried to get replacement parts that also did'nt work. In My 45 years of remodeling I have never had a product this poor. Pifister refused to down lode the photo I provided
