Cheap plastic on the inside
We have now had two tub spouts by American Standard fail after only 1-2 years of use. I do not recommend. The first model (Patience, discontinued) failed after 2 years of regular use. American Standard sent the Delancey as a replacement in 2023. After 1.5 year we are having the same issue: when pulling up on the diverter it will not engage and the shower head is useless. Do not buy. I have now contacted American Standard again for a replacement and no response after 2 months.
