Nice style, not so nice quality.
Very nice styling for the money, quality is just so so. In order to assemble this headboard, similar to installing the platform to this bed, you install screws directly into bare wood. Make sure you get it right the first time and good luck honoring the warranty since there are now screw holes in the material. Paint/ stain rubs off with the slightest of contact. There is some ability to adjust the height of headboard to your mattress which is a plus.
It is a great headboard for my sons room. It has enough detail to be interesting. It was easy to put together With two people. It is definitely tall enough for a thick mattresses and box spring.

Good solid headboard. Does not come with hardware to attach to frame or wall though.
