Been making Bucilla stockings since my daughter was a baby. Shes 54 now, lots of stockings n still making 3 more this year, family just keeps growing.

the red felt on this stocking is beautiful. It is almost looks like velvet and super red. very different from other red felt in other stocking i have made. i wish all red felt was of this quality.

I have made other stockings like this, from this company. All of these stockings are beautiful and fun to make. Over the years I have made about 30 of them. I'm onto another project again. The people who have received one of the stockings have loved them. Well worth the money and time.

I LOVE your kits! I've made so many stockings, tree skirts, wreaths, etc over the years and they are so appreciated by everyone I've given them too!

sad sequins

The pack of green sequins is unusable as they are mottled or completely faded, and not properly stamped out (very flat in appearance). No sparkle at all. Completely sub standard compared to other colours in same kit. The kit overall is lovely, but not the green sequins.

Fun to make

The poinsettia flowers were a little tedious to cut out but overall I enjoyed making this stocking. The quality of the supplies were consistent with what I have come to expect from the Bucilla kits. I really enjoy making them. The recipient of this stocking loves it.

Beautiful stocking

This one is more for an adult. I do not have a picture if the finished stocking, as I gave it away, but I keep the pictures to kept track of what I have done. Cutting the poinsettias was slow and painstaking. Have to be very careful. I absolutely loved this one finished. Think it is more for an adult than child, but the pink gifts make it girlie. This went to my adopted daughternot quite a daughter, but close.

Much prettier in real life!

I had no problems with the felt, sequins or floss. This kit is much prettier in real life than the photo. I agree with the comment about exercise in cutting, the pointsettia flowers can be tricky to cut out, a super sharp pair of scissors are necessary. It went together pretty quickly (3 days) and is pretty easy.

Very Disappointed

I have made several stockings from this company and loved all of them. This stocking has cheap sequins that are flat with no style. The felt was dirty and hard to sew. Very poor quality. Not at all what I am used to getting.

Some problems with this kit..

This is the 6th Bucilla stocking I've made, and this kit was a bit disappointing. First, it was missing one color of floss. Second, the white sequins had an awful pink sheen to them. Other sequins were also a bit flatter than I'm used to. Finally some of the printing on the felt was SO think the needle couldnt go through it/cover the ink. Fortunately I had excess thread and sequins from other kits to make it work, but just a bit disappointing.
