Bed frame failed - can't get replacement parts

After guests used the soda bed a few times the metal support frame toward the end of the bed completely bent on each side where the hinges are. I'm not sure how it happened but when I contacted customer service to see if I could either buy the specific parts or buy an entirely new frame mechanism I was told they don't sell replacement parts. As long as you never have an issue with the frame you'll be fine. Otherwise you'll have to make your own replacement parts or buy another bed.

Running Horse Couch

The hideabed mattress is very soft and I like how the head reclines so you can sit up and watch tv or for reading. I material is very soft. Overall I would recommend this couch to anyone that likes horses. It fits the western decor in my house perfect.

Couch is very comfortable, the back cushions could use a little more filling. The sleeper bed is queen size & is easy to pull out & put back in. I really like this sofa sleeper just wish the mattress was a little thicker, it's about 2 inches thick

Seating is very firm. Couch itself is beautiful. Have not made out the bed but appears to be very small for a Queen size bed

I had looked at many home furnishing stores for a sleeper sofa. Everyone that I checked with had a weeks long waiting period and were priced at $2,000 and up. Then I happened to see that Home Depot sold furnishings. I selected the perfect item that I was seeking, paid $500 less than all the others and it was delivered to my door in 4 days! What a bonus find it was! The quality is great, the price is great and the wait period was great!

This was exactly what I wanted. Fits nicely in my husbands man shed. Delivery was a bit nerve wracking since it arrived during a snow storm and deliveryman wouldn't help get it in. This has nothing to do with the sofa hidebed but thought I would include it on the shipping portion.

Wild Horse Couch with Sleeper

We received the couch and was excited. When we cut it out of the box it was wrapped in plastic which was good. But after removing plastic we seen a tear in the front leg as it was damaged. Dissapointed since the plastic shows no sign of tear in plastic. Looks like it was damaged before it was wrapped. Bad Quality control. Not sure how we will get it fixed as it would take a long time to get warranty to work. We will pay a local upholstery shop to fix it.

Bought this to put in my husband's office room in our house so it can be a place to lounge or for visitors to sleep in. The look of the sofa is perfectly neutral to be in any room, but looks great and masculine for my husband's decor. The mattress itself is not comfortable since it's a spring, will be purchasing a foam mattress instead to replace it. The bed is easy to pull out and store again when needed. The fabric is soft and seems low maintenance. Happy with this purchase!

The design is fantastic! It fits perfectly in our cabin and is very comfortable however the sofa sleeper doesn't provide the best nights sleep due to the bar that is there. Going to try and find a mattress that will work better.

Do not recommend this couch. Very cheaply made!!

This couch is very cheaply made. Squeaks when you sit on it from the flimsy construction and the thin wood feels like it will break easily. The back has zero support and just the thin layer of material across the entire back and I imagine if one of our dogs runs into it will poke a hole right thru it. The back shows and is not butted up against a wall which is scary to me as I know it’s gonna get ruined at some point very easily. And don’t expect the included white glove delivery because that never happened. This 275 lb giant box was dropped in the driveway and I had to pay and arrange for two men to come and bring it into the house at my expense. This was to be unboxed and set up and the trash taken away but even after spending an hour on the phone fighting to get this with Sam’s club it was still delivered by just being dropped in the driveway as it was only a one person truck driver that they had deliver it.

Love love love this sleeper sofa. The quality of the mattress is that of a higher end company. I am very impressed, so impressed, I’m ordering another for the rustic camp. I have no doubt this will microfiber will withstand many years ahead.

Great sleeper, don't hesitate to buy!

Love the sleeper sofa! Communication through Sams was much to be desired. Had to fight for the "Free White Glove" service. Our door is only 31" wide and this fit fairly easy thru. I was told the bottom of couch to top of back is 27" without the feet on. The couch is taller than that with the fluffy cushions, but can squish those down. Very happy with product, haven't slept on it, but our guest said the bed was comfy.
