what a nightmare assembling and adjusting

It needed quite a bit of assembly, a critical part was incorrect and I had to go to ***** to find a replacement part to improvise and the directions were poor. I would not recommend this for the average do it yourself homeowner install. And if I would guess to pay somebody it would over double the price. I would want at least $*** to assemble and install. Best case It is half a day for 2 men. Not counting the trip to *****. But I do like the unit

The installation really is almost impossible. They have you try to thread a non wire thru the canvas inside the roller. I had to go to the store to find a wire that could be pushed thru the fabric. iI ended up using two pieces coming in thru both ends. Putting the roller and other parts together are difficult The instructions are not written concisely. Overall....don't buy this. It sucks!!!!

Great Awning

I just ordered this on Wed and received it on Friday. I just installed it and it looks great. Anxious to see how it does with the changing weather. So far very pleased and will probably be back to purchase another. Will update.
