Great Quality/Colors Off

This was a beautiful rug but I had to send it back due to the color. I had hoped the color would be more like the photos that show it in a home as the green appears more vivid. however the colors are more like the photos showing it on a white background. It's very light Grey/blue with mostly beige and cream.

A keeper

I bought this rug in "blue" along with a much bigger "blue"rug. This rug looks about like the picture with definitely a more powder blue tone. The colors blend well together and look exactly like the picture's design

Customer service win

In all honesty, our rug was stolen from our front door so we never actually received it. However, that was not the company's fault. Even though I can't review the rug, I would like to review the customer service I received after this unfortunate incident. I came to customer service to ask if there was any sort of protocol for this type of situation. Even though it was not their issue, they offered me a 50% discount on a replacement rug so that I'd have a good experience. I thought that was super classy and I'm really impressed with them. Many companies would not have offered anything. Once we save up some money, we will definitely be back to repurchase the rug with our discount.
