the first rug came damaged. The second one came in the wrong color. Trying for a third time, time will tell once I receive it.

Beautiful rug however the web shows it looking identical to the larger rugs. It is not. It has double medallions and looks more busy. . The rugs are very well made!

This rug is absolutely beautiful! It is very thick and plush. When you walk on it you feel the soft cushiony thickness under your feet. It is very majestic and adds such a sophisticated look to my entry. I would highly recommend.

Excellent rug

I just received my area rug from JCPenney in just two days. I am pleased with the appearance, quality and thickness. I can’t attest to the durability because I only had it for a few days. I must say I was reluctant at first, it’s costly to return an area rug. My instincts were right, my area rug didn’t disappoint. The colors are vibrant and it fits my decor and antique dining room furniture. I also have a couple of pictures to share.

Good Value

The rug was true to picture color and appearance online. It came within 4 days. Small issue with wrinkles not falling out due to the way it has to be wrapped to ship. Overall happy with purchase and it was about 1/2 the cost of similar rugs I looked at in various rug and dept. stores. Would shop with Rugs Direct again.

Great Rug for the Price

A great rug for the price. The colors in the picture are very accurate. Nice texture to the rug and appears to be holding up very well to a lot of foot traffic (in a very busy pathway in our home). Have received numerous compliments from friends & visitors.

Happy with Rug...Except

The color and pattern are very pretty and the rug looks nice in my entry hall. The only complaint I have is all the wrinkles. I have heavy tile sitting on it now for several days trying to get the wrinkles to lie down. It is finally looking better but still not gone. I would have given it 5 stars if it had not been for these wrinkles.

Radici Noble II

We replaced two rugs with these new ones. The new ones are very nicely colored but they are about 1/4" thinner than the ones that were replaced. As a result, they tend to have small but noticeable waves in them. Maybe with time the waves will vanish.

Great Products Once Past Shipping Erors

We ordered several rugs and runners including 3 Radici US Noble II in 2 different sizes and the Radici Como rug and runner. The order was miss-shipped and we had difficulty with the representatives until a supervisor got involved. We finally got all of the correct rugs and love them. They are navy with gold and beige and a little bit of red. The Noble II has a medallion type of design in the center which we love. All in all, it was worth the problems.

This is Sweet!

This is quite a rug! Delivered quickly, no problems. Thicker than I thought it was going to be and having your feet sink into the soft material is a touch of heaven. Color deep and majestic, fits well with new couch. No issues with vacuuming either (no fibers or fluffys flying around), holds up very well. For the price, thickness, style, I am impressed and happy. Easy 5s all around.

Just Like the Photo

It's always risky to order a rug by mail because you never know if the computer does the colors justice. This rug arrived matching the computer colors exactly. The quality was excellent, just how it was described. I am very pleased with my rugs and would purchase again from Rugs Direct.

Beautiful Rugs

I was very nervous about ordering rugs online that I was not able to see or touch. I was having a hard time finding runners to match a rug that were longer than what I was finding in stores and when I found the runners to fit my needs online with Rugs Direct I decided to give it a try. Radici Noble II

This is a beautiful rug. Colors are as described. A beautiful dark burgundy. I placed it over a 3/8 in. thick pad and it feels great walking on it. The delivery was great and fast. I will definitely shop here again. In fact I have another rug ordered. This is the place for lots of options for a rug. The best that I have found online.

Love It

This rug is absolutely gorgeous & much nicer than the pictures show! Extremely well made & the colors are vivid. Would have given the colors a 5 but the Navy is so dark it looks black until you shine a bright light on it. I am so glad that I found Rugs Direct. Would have paid a lot more for this anyplace else (and almost did)! As well as this is made I will have it for many years & am very happy with it.
