Love this fountain! There is different speeds for the pump so it is not so loud. Also, you can add more water to make it sound softer. Came in well packed and no cracks or chips. Great value!

Trial and error making it work

So much to say about this fountain. First of all it is really beautiful and large. It's a focal point in my dining room. Now the cons: it arrived (well packaged) with a clear/white glaze chunk right along the front rim which I had to scrape off with my fingernail....now I have a clearish/white mark where this happened....no biggie I guess. Secondly, the clear hose connecting the pump was way too long for the pump to sit flush on the bottom of urn. I believe the hose is long so you can extend the fountain part so it sprays water up and out but I wanted mine to sit flush with top of urn so husband cut the hose 1 1/2". That did the trick. Then the confusing part....how much water to add? The limited instructions say "fill the reservoir" with water. How much?? 1 cup? 4-6-8? That was a trial and error for me. I called customer service at the Manufacturer and she was not sure. I ended up guessing and adding just enough water to cover the pump and add approx. 2 Tbsp. of water each day as I run it all day. Also if the pump is not set on the lowest flow setting, the water just pours out the front and all over the floor. Way too much pressure. So after several hours and 3 bath towels the fountain is working beautifully. I just wish there was more information included.

I was looking to replace a fountain and thus one was very similar. It does not bubble like my other one and is very quiet. I was hoping for a little bit more sound, but overall was happy with the purchase. Good quality.

Peaceful pleasant addition to our back yard. Waiting to see if our hummingbirds will use it.

So disappointed!

The fountain is pretty but it drips, leaks, and the pump does NOT bubble as shown even though I have the water filled at the highest level and the pump is on high. No sound of dripping water either.
